Stomach + Digestion (Earth Element) Workshop

Join us on Saturday, September 9th from 10AM – 1PM for the third class in our Five Element Workshop Series.

For this class we will meet at a location (TBD) and go on a mushroom & plant ID walk. During our walk & picnic we will discuss:

• Physiology of the Digestive System
• Herbs that support the stomach and digestion
• Importance of the nervous system in digestive function
• Medicinal foods to support the digestive system
• How to identify local medicinal herbs and mushrooms

We will meet for a morning plant walk and picnic lunch. Plan to wear clothing to keep cool and bring foods or snacks to share.
