All of our products are hand crafted with the utmost care and attention. Every ingredient that we source is either organic, responsibly wildcrafted, or locally grown (also on organic farms). Unlike other herbal extract companies, we are using reverse osmosis maple water in our decoction process (simmering for a long period of time) for certain herbs that require a longer cooking process (mushrooms, roots, etc.) This means that the water in our extracts was flowing through the trees earlier in the spring.  We like to say that each bottle contains the essence of the Vermont forest.
