Horsetail is an ancient herb that is well known for its rich mineral content which makes it valuable for helping rebuild bones. The best way to extract the bioavailable silica in this herb is by decocting (simmering in water) for several hours. It also has a diuretic effect making it helpful for bladder and kidney issues. We also offer Horsetail Tincture.
