Mullein is a common weed that acts as a powerful expectorant and demulcent for respiratory complaints. It soothes inflamed passageways of respiratory and urinary passageways. Helpful with dry coughs and hoarseness. It has a mild action on the lymphatic system and can be combined with stronger lymphatic herbs such as Poke root.
