Stinging Nettles is considered to be alterative (blood cleansing), diuretic, nutritive, and all around amazing mineral rich herb with numerous beneficial properties. Many people use it for seasonal allergies and respiratory support as well. The stinging nettles used in this tincture were locally grown right here in Morrisville, Vermont. We harvest at the peak of its potency and then process it fresh with organic cane alcohol and reverse osmosis maple water.
