Our Plantain is organically grown by Foster Farm Botanicals in East Calais, Vermont and it is the highest quality, most vibrantly green leaf. It is wonderful infused in teas and herbal blends. It is also valuable externally and can be infused into skin care products such as oils, salves and creams. Some of the known actions of this versatile leaf are anti-inflammatory, astringent, alterative, diuretic, vulnerary, demulcent, detoxifying and decongestant. It is frequently used to support the respiratory and digestive systems.
