Rhodiola is a powerful adaptogen that has been studied for its ability to make us better able to deal with stress. It is well known to improve athletic performance and focus. As far as adaptogens go, it is more on the stimulating side, so I prefer to reserve it for times of need when I know I will be doing intense physical labor or exercise, or if I need to focus intensely on a project. Each serving size is 1 veggie capsule and contains 250mg Rhodiola extract (3% Rosavins, 7.5mg, 1% Salidrosides, 2.5mg)
