Description
Silk Tree Bark, Wild harvested, 1 oz bag
Albizia julibrissin
The silk tree, also known as the mimosa tree, is commonly referred to as ‘happiness tree’ in Traditional Chinese Medicine due to its nervine properties and promotion of positive emotional state. The bark can be used in the form of a tea or tincture and can also be powered to make capsules or external pastes. Consuming as a tea before bed can soothe the nerves to promote a night of sound sleep. Traditionally it has also been used to support someone processing grief or loss and is often combined with Hawthorn for this purpose. Additionally, this bark is used for general skin irritation and can be incorporated in skin care routines in the form of serums, tinctures, and creams.
Sold in 1oz. quantities. If you want multiple ounces, just add multiple quantities.
