Wormwood is a strong bitter herb with a great deal of history behind it. It is anthelmintic (meaning it kills parasites), antimicrobial, antiviral, antifungal, the list goes on. Energetically it is cold, bitter and acts upon the liver and gallbladder, making it an ideal herb to aid in digestion. Take 30 drops in water or juice, 1 – 3 times daily, or as needed.
