Yin Chiao is a classic Chinese herbal formula that is used for the initial onset of Colds, Flu, and Fever (during the first 24 – 48 hours). This formula consists of the following herbs: Isatis Root, Ilex Root, Chrysanthemum Flower, Forsythia Fruit, Lonicera Flower, Lophatherum Herb, Pueraria Root, and Schizonepeta Herb. Take 30 drops in water or juice, 1 – 3 times daily, or as needed.
