Eleuthero root is sometimes incorrectly referred to as “Siberian Ginseng” although it is not a true ginseng at all. However, it does possess similar adaptogenic qualities to ginseng. It is one of the original adaptogens, having been studied by the Russians for athletic performance and endurance training. Many people are not aware of Eleuthero but it is truly a wonderful adaptogenic herb that has a plethora of research behind it. Add the powder to smoothies or mix into bliss balls.
