Yerba Mate is a traditional South American drink made from the leaves and twigs of the Ilex paraguariensis plant. It’s commonly enjoyed from a gourd using a shared straw, symbolizing friendship and acceptance.

This light green beverage has a bold, full-bodied flavor and is typically prepared with just hot water. Our Green Yerba Mate is made from pure leaves, with minimal stems, and is warm air-dried (smoke-free) and aged for at least 9 months to mellow its natural bitterness.

Yerba Mate is naturally caffeinated and rich in antioxidants, minerals, amino acids, and B vitamins, making it a healthy choice. It offers a smooth, satisfying taste, less acidic than coffee, and contains slightly less caffeine.
